UNDERWRITING & COMMITMENT PREPARATION

We don’t just type your commitment – we examine your search and underwrite the file for you. Many times title searches include documents that may or may not affect your property or documents that can be ruled out by certain statutes. Instead of just including the “maybe” information, we will review the search contents and rule out what we can based on the documents we receive.

There may still be some issues that do need to be resolved that we can’t rule out. These fall under curative issues. We do offer assistance with curative services but these are separate from our commitment typing and underwriting and our bundled options.
